September 2025 ITERO – Live Training

1. Qualifications: Co-workers, elders, and responsible brothers who are recommended by the elders.
2. Registration is in two parts:
   1. Part 1: All brothers must submit their registration and donations through Lebensstrom. Registration can be completed online: fill out the registration form below.
      1. The deadline for registration is 29 June 2025; this is a firm deadline. Please remember that the ITERO registration is not complete without the training donations. There will be no allowance for registration after the due date. Any registration received after the registration due date will not be accepted. Please take note of the ITERO registration deadline and plan conservatively to submit your registration information in a timely manner.
      2. Late Registration and Substitutions: There will be no allowance for late registration or substitutions after the due date. Any ITERO registration received after the registration due date will not be accepted. Furthermore, we will not accept any walk-up registrations or substitutions on the first day of the ITERO.
      3. Training Donation: The training donation is $75.00 USD for all applicants. Brothers should submit the training donation with their application to Lebensstrom with sufficient time for it to be submitted to LSM by 1 July 2025.
         The training donation includes the cost of the ITERO outline. ITERO donations are non-refundable.
   2. Part 2: After submitting their registration, all brothers must go to the ITERO website itero2025malaysia.org and select their accomodation package.
      1. Brothers who complete their ITERO registration with LSM will receive a confirmation email that includes an Attendee ID number.
      2. After completing their ITERO registration, all brothers must go to the ITERO website, itero2025malaysia.org and use their Attendee ID number to register for a required accommodation package.
      3. Accommodation package options:
         1. Lodging and Meal Package:
            – Brothers who need lodging while attending the ITERO should click the “Book Lodging and Meal” link at itero2025malaysia.org.
            – The Lodging and Meal Package includes a hotel stay with check-in on September 24 and check-out on September 28, 2025, provisions for transportation, and meals, including breakfast at the hotel and while participating in the ITERO schedule. Additional nights outside of the dates listed above can be booked at an additional cost and include breakfast only. Please visit itero2025malaysia.org for more details.
            – The number of rooms in the KSL Esplanade Hotel is limited. Once the hotel is fully booked, room reservations will automatically be directed to a nearby overflow hotel.
         2. Meals Only Package:
            – Brothers who do not need lodging while attending the ITERO must click the “Book Meal” link at itero2025malaysia.org.
            – The Meal Only Package includes only meals while participating in the ITERO schedule. Brothers should make their own arrangements for breakfast before the first session of the ITERO.
      4. Registration for the above accommodation packages will be confirmed only with full payment. All payments for the accommodation packages are non-refundable.
      5. Registration for the above accommodation packages is due by 15 July 2025. This is a firm deadline. IMPORTANT: Brothers who do not complete Part 2 of the ITERO registration by 15 July 2025 will have their ITERO registration cancelled.
3. Sisters: LSM will not host any activities for sisters during the ITERO. However, the churches in Malaysia have graciously made arrangements for a “spouse day tour” for only the wives of the registered brothers who will accompany them to Malaysia. Aside from this, sisters who accompany their husbands will be on their own for the duration of the training. Please note that the brothers’ registration does not include any provisions for their wives’ meals, except for breakfast, which is included with the lodging and meal package.
4. Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish and Bahasa Malaysia. Some additional languages may also be provided. Those who need translation will need to download an app called “ListenWIFI”. You can download the app to either an Android phone or an iPhone. After installing the app, saints will need to be inside the Esplanade Grand Ballroom in order to connect with the server. When inside the ballroom, connect to the Wi-fi network “Translation1025” and enter the password, “12345678”. Open the ListenWIFI app and then select the desired language. Saints should bring their own headphones or earbuds and may also want to bring an external battery pack if they will need to charge their phone, as there will be no charging stations available in the ballroom.
   Brothers may also use their own FM radio with a headset and extra batteries for translation.
5. Transportation: Brothers should purchase their own airline tickets. Please book flights to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, Airport Code: KUL.
   Ground transportation will be provided only from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the hotels arranged for those who choose the lodging and meal package, and daily between the hotels and the KSL Esplanade Hotel, where the ITERO will be conducted.
   Please note: If travel information is not entered during Part 2 of your registration at itero2025malaysia.org, transportation will not be provided.
6. Malaysia entry requirements: Most visitors to Malaysia do not require a visa for a short-term stay (up to 90 days), but you will need a passport valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay, and you must complete a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card before arrival. Please check your local government website for visa requirements when traveling to Malaysia.
7. Currency Exchange: Credit cards are accepted at most establishments in Malaysia and there are ATMs available at the airport and hotels.
8. Lord’s Day Blending Meeting: There will be a blending meeting on Lord’s Day morning, 28 September 2025, at the KSL Esplanade Hotel in Klang, Malaysia. Registration for the Lord’s Day blending meeting is required. Sisters accompanying their husbands to the blending meeting should also register. Brothers will have the option to submit registration for themselves and their wives, if accompanying them, for the Lord’s Day blending meeting at the ITERO website, itero2025malaysia.org when registering for their accommodation package. Lunch will not be provided after the blending meeting.

When choosing an accommodation package, brothers will have the opportunity to register for transportation, the Lord’s Day Blending Meeting on September 28, the Spouse Day Tour, and the Churching and Blending Trips.
