1. Qualifications: Co-workers, elders, and responsible brothers who are recommended by the elders.
2. Registration: All brothers must submit their registration and donations through Lebensstrom. Registration can be completed online: fill out the registration form below.
   1. The deadline for registration is 29 June 2026; this is a firm deadline. Please remember that the ITERO registration is not complete without the registration fee. There will be no allowance for registration after the due date. Any registration received after the registration due date will not be accepted. Please take note of the ITERO registration deadline and plan conservatively to submit your registration information in a timely manner.
   2. Late Registration and Substitutions: There will be no allowance for late registration or substitutions after the due date. Any ITERO registration received after the registration due date will not be accepted. Furthermore, we will not accept any walk-up registrations or substitutions on the first day of the ITERO.
   3.  Registration fee: The training cost is $500.00 USD for all applicants. Brothers should submit the training donation with their application to Lebensstrom with sufficient time for it to be submitted to LSM by 1 July 2026.
      The training donation includes the cost of the ITERO outline. ITERO donations are non-refundable.
3. Sisters: LSM will not host any activities for sisters during the ITERO. Sisters who accompany their husbands will be on their own for the duration of the training. For some information regarding transportation, blending trips, and a special blending meeting on Lord’s Day, 27 September 2026, please visit: iteroamsterdam2026.com.
4. Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be provided. Translation will be provided in two ways:
   1. Auracast-enabled headphones/receivers: This is new and is the most reliable way to reiceve translation. If you choose this option, please bring your own Auracast-enabled headphones. For more information please visit lsm.org/translation.
   2. FM radio: Please bring your own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries.
   3. ListenWIFI: ListenWIFI will not be available. 
5. Lodging: Lodging: Brothers may book their accommodation for the ITERO through the following weblink
   provided by RAI Hotel Services: RAI Hotel Services
   Discounted group rates have been arranged at all hotel options available through the weblink. Brothers
   are encouraged to make their hotel reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate.
   All hotels listed on the RAI weblink are within walking distance of the ITERO venue and include
   breakfast in the room rate.
6. Meals: During the ITERO, lunch will be provided as part of the daily schedule. Brothers should plan to
   each breakfast at their respective hotels before arriving for the first morning sessions and will be
   responsible for their own dinner arrangements after the group study sessions have concluded each day.
7. Transportation: Brothers should purchase their own airline tickets. Please book flights to Amsterdam
   Airport Schiphol Airport, Airport Code: AMS. Brothers will need to make private arrangements for
   ground transportation from the airport to their respective hotels. Transportation from the airport to
   RAI Amsterdam and the nearby hotels is 20 minutes by light rail. The light rail can be boarded directly
   from within the Schiphol airport and costs 10 €. Tickets can be purchased at the station or online
   (https://www.ns.nl/en/tickets). Taxi and ride-share services are also available at the airport.
8. Entry requirements for the Netherlands: Brothers from countries on the EU’s visa-exempt list do not
   require a visa for a short-term stay (up to 90 days) but will need a passport valid for at least three
   months beyond the intended stay. Brothers may also need to complete an ETIAS travel authorization
   online to enter the Netherlands. Brothers from countries that are not on the EU’s visa-exempt list will
   need to obtain a short-term stay (up to 90 days) Schengen visa. Please check your local government
   website for visa requirements when traveling to the Netherlands.
9. Currency Exchange: Credit cards are accepted at most establishments in the Netherlands and there are ATMs available at the airport and hotels.
10. Lord’s Day Blending Meeting: There will be a blending meeting on Lord’s Day morning, 27 September 2026, at the Novotel Amsterdam City. For more information, please visit: iteroamsterdam2026.com
11. Further information: Average daily temperatures in Amsterdam in September range from 12C to 19C
    (54F-66F), with a possibility of light rainfall. Brothers are encouraged to pack layers and a rainproof
    jacket.
